Job Description
- Significant experience in the practice area of Management Labor and Employment Law for businesses of all stages and sizes in a national or localized practice.
- The L&E team provides advice and litigation services regarding all workplace issues, including employee relations, HR management, policy development and implementation, staff and management training, employment agreements, and state and federal law compliance and litigation.
- Well-rounded experience in all areas of employment law, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Title VII, ADA, DOL, OWPA, OSHA, Wage and Hour, ERISA, FCRA, FMLA, OFCCP, WARN Act, cannabis-related employment issues, leave issues, business planning, policy drafting, workers' compensation, immigration, regulatory compliance, auditing, traditional labor, and litigation.
- Specialists in separate areas of labor and employment law are also welcome.
- Ability to work as an integral member of the L&E team with either a transactional or litigation focus and engage in cross-selling with other practice areas of the firm.
- Portable book of business with the ability to support others’ clients.
- Desire to grow and expand the current client base and legal experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
